Apartment resort “Aheloy Palace“ (buildings marked as A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J) is part of the entire project together with “Aheloy Residence” (buildings K, L, M, N, P). It is also known as   Phase 1 and Phase 3 of the project.

 

The Company who developed “Aheloy Palace” is a well known and experienced Bulgarian company (see further information).

“Aheloy Palace” is fully completed and act 16 issued.

Considering the date of the official full level functioning of the resort 20.07.2009 all properties are fully maintained and secured.

All together “Aheloy Palace” consist of over 500 residential units and number of indoor and outdoor facilities finished up to a high building standard.
All apartments come with kitchen included and an option for furniture if the buyer requests, at extra cost.
 
For the coming summer season the following facilities will be functioning: restaurant, pool bar, swimming pool, fitness and supermarket.

The management team appointed to manage the resort is fully committed and available to welcome you and help you with any request you may have during your stay.
